W.J. Fannin joins the Wendt Group with a lifelong background in farming and a multi-generational beef cattle operation. W.J., a veteran of the U.S. military, is the owner and operator of Fannin AG, LLC and Fannin Hay and Straw. His dream is to not only build a business that will sustain for generations, but to pass on to his children’s children, a sense of hard work, dedication and pride for the land, the livestock and the community. W.J. farms in Fayette County. He was born and raised in Washington C.H., Ohio and continues to reside there on the family farm with his wife Lanita, and their 3 sons: Cameron, Colton, and Chase. Even though W.J. admittedly is a workaholic, God and family are the central focus for the Fannin family.
After being exposed to the farm auction business his whole life, W.J. was very excited to join the Wendt Group and incorporate his knowledge of agriculture to the auction industry. He hopes to continue to transition his knowledge and focus his personal work ethic to effectively and efficiently help each client achieve their individual goals. W.J.’s mission as a member of the Wendt Group mirrors the mission he has for his own personal life and business: “To serve as a leader, live a balanced life, and apply ethical principles to make a significant difference.”
